I agree with it’s Never a good time to do a juice cleanse. Most Juice cleanse programs run to long. You miss out on the important Fiber food has to offer when you juice it. And you need to chew food to promote Silvia for digestion.
Juice cleanses also lack the key staple of out diet. Protein
Juice cleanses is providing the proper nutrition and removed toxins the from the body which is helpful in curing many serious diseases.
No, they do not. Your liver and kidneys remove toxins. Additionally, juices provide no fiber whatsoever. Show me a scientifically backed study.
